Hey everyone, Nik here from Monomono.
I'm really excited to see so many of you interested in our devices!
While I can't fully embrace piracy (for obvious reasons 😉), I totally understand it — I was in the same position for a big part of my life. A lot of software was way out of reach when I was younger.

I started making Max for Live devices because I felt the plugin world was full of unfair and anti-consumer practices, and a lot of amazing tools just weren't affordable. I’ve tried to price my devices to make them as accessible as possible while still allowing me to stay afloat and keep making more.

That said, I know I have blind spots — affordability means something different in different parts of the world.
