I've searched everywhere on internet to find this awesome quality EQ plugin from Acustica Audio but didn't manage to find it.
If someone's got it it would be very appreciated to share it.

Acustica Audio and Studio DMI have joined forces with Grammy Award-winning mixing engineer Dave Pensado (Michael Jackson, Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé) to create the second version of this powerful EQ plugin.
Years of Expertise at Your Fingertips
The Pensado EQ is the result of a scrupulous, almost obsessive analysis of the numerous fine details that characterize Dave Pensado’s unique workflow, as well as his personal approach to mixing.
It sports 4 strategically selected frequency bands, low pass/high pass filters, and 2 selectable preamplifiers for increased analog flavor.
Each frequency band emulates a different hardware machine that Pensado has used over the years while crafting his sonic trademark. It took months of hard work, but we finally managed to condense his wealth of pro audio experience into a single processor.

The Pensado EQ is designed to be your primary digital mixing tool, letting you quickly dial in the proper settings for any track thanks to its intelligent layout. And thanks to the plugin’s presets, which were carefully programmed by Pensado himself, you always have a solid base from which to start mixing your songs.

thereby changing the oversampling rate (1x, 4x, 16x) to improve processing quality.
The mid/side/left-right processing buttons make this a versatilemaster bus EQ and a perfecy choice for both mixing and mastering purposes.
Various plugin optimizations and graphic improvements.
