I own N4.5 and personally this is 10GB of complete trash. Seriously if you want something good Tim Petherick libraries, Cupwise, Alex B, Henry Olonga, CDSoundmaster, to name but a few, all libraries can be easily found and far outclass this bloatware supplied by AA.

Besides N4 CPCL libraries are locked. I can't see how you could or even why you should activate them.
