Yes, This helps for those who need it because there are formats that are not present in the software (Extreme Sample Converter), so software translator 7 is a good option and also an opportunity for those who can crack and make it available.

This software is welcome anyway. In fact for other people, they can be of great help in any way. That's why it's better to see it cracked.. Let's hope the VR Team, R2R etc. Can crack. Like other software I posted here as a request

I used this software (an old version) and even if it was a bit buggy, it was still very useful. It helped me to send akai and other types of samples to my EMU ESI4000, and saving to my PC and flashcards my ES4000 samples before the zip disks went unreadable with the time.
I'm sure the last version have been improved and could be very helpful. Some new sample formats have grown also, so it may be useful to transfer your old samples favorite libraries to some new machines which can read samples, and equipped with a lot of flash memory. Hope this software will appear here ! Again, not perfect, but really helpful.

By the way, I'm still waiting for a new hardware sampler (no laptop computer !) with terabytes of space to replace my ESI4000 (upgraded with 128 Mb RAM and 2Gb Flash memory cards...
My dream would have been a new EMU hardware sampler with nearly infinite possibilities, considering today's standards, which could absolutely loads every existing sample format...

Nowadays, the only sample readers keyboards are Yamaha montage (but expensive) with 1,7 Gb of flash memory, some kurtzweil maybe too (very expensive also), and the Nord Stage, but quite limited in memory. And they don't support the old samplers layerings and filter parameters... Do someone have a better suggestion for an hardware alternative (keyboard or rack) to replace my old sampler ? No laptop solution please...
