REQ: Xperimenta Project - Classica Double Bass

Classica Double Bass, is a ready-to-go Double Bass library with 2 legato and three microphone positions. We recorded an italian handcrafted 4/4 Double Bass, equipped with Pirastro Strings and played with a signed bow made of pernanbuco.

The simple and modern GUI is designed to have a total control over the sound.

Classica Double Bass is suitable for any genre, both as a soloist and as a cutting-edge bass thanks to its rich harmonics.

Classica Double Bass was recorded at Rocchi Recording Studios, Rome, at 96khz using only top-end microphones.

THE RECORDING
We recorded the library in the Rocchi 110mq scoring stage in Rome, at 96khz, using only top-end gear, including valve microphones for a deep and warm sound. There library provides four channels

CLOSE, MIDDLE, ROOM, MIX.
Classica Double Bass provides Round Robin and multiple dynamic layers.

THE SOFTWARE
The Classica software provides an adaptive legato script that changes behaviour according to the speed of the musical phrase.

The ready-to-go interface has all the settings that you need for a complete and fast control over the sound.
