REQ: Audio Ease - 246 Digital reverberator
This rare vintage digital reverberator excels in short reverbs.
The IR set features Short, Medium and Long reverb time programs at different lengths, as well as the REV 250 and Non-Lin program and the original 90 factory presets.
All sampled meticulously by Aram Verwoest in the comforts of SoundStash Studios (Georg Walt) in Graz. Listen to the audio examples here to compare the actual 246 audio recordings to the Altiverb mockups to find out how well these IRs sound.

The 246 audio examples are recordings of the DRY input track played through the actual 246 digital reverberator at SoundStash Studios in Graz at the IR recording session.
The ALTIVERB examples are bounced tracks from a Pro Tools session in which the DRY input has the Altiverb 7 plug-in inserted on its track and this Altiverb 7 has loaded the IR of the same 246 setting. A stretch of 246 DA converter noise was mixed into the Altiverb mock up to make the comparison fair.
