The Symlink version of Kontakt 5.8.1 just came out and works perfect. However, I was hoping there might be a portable version as well, since I prefer the Library Manager of the portable version. Thanks!

thanks but kontakt R2R release work fine and more sturdy plus i am using Keygen activated kontakt done by R2R

Well, 6 is out; I have no use for it and hate what they've done with their new security/proprietary crap. I just want a v5.8.1 updated Portable....which will probably never happen. It wouldn't be a big deal if some companies hadn't made some libraries specifically for v5.8.1 and up.

Indeed, Kontakt sample banks making companies should be a bit more conservative with the Kontakt versions needed to play their sample banks. Only make it need a newer version of Kontakt when there are new features its sample bank could benefit from.
