REQ: PreSonus - Melodyne ARA Integration

Melodyne has already been cracked I wonder how hard it is to wrap it with Studio One's ARA. It would be amazing

Not sure what you mean. The new Studio One 4 uses ARA 2. There has been no ARA 2 plugins released to the public yet. Celemony has not set a release date. As for as I know, cracked versions of Melodyne and Studio One 3 work fine.

Might be wrong but even if Studio One 4 is out and ready for ARA2 but I don't think ARA2 isn't out yet from Celemony. Because if Ara2 was out, a few issues that many users from Studio One with Melodyne would have already been addressed and fixed in V4.

Matter of fact next big update if Reaper will support ARA2 and will get Melodyne integration as well if I read correctly somewhere lately

Yes cracked version of S1 V3 with Melodyne version 4.0 but not late other versions of melodyne works great.

Just saying but I might be wrong too.

Now for the one who has made the Request, this is not REQUEST because there's no such thing as Melodyne Ara Integration. Presonus does NOT have a specific plugin for ARA integration that can be installed. it comes with ARA period

I looked in to it better after I sent the request. I thought there was some extension that wrapped the AU/VST. It turns out Studio One 4 just uses VST3 for integration purposes

The the latest Melodyne version posted on the site does work with Studio One 4, in an integrated fashion. You just need to validate online before the initial VST3 plugin scan works. This however breaks the activation and you need to validate a difference license

A workaround for validating VST3 offline would be really useful in the next Studio One 4 release, as calling home in the future could break/invalidate things for good
