Add some retro charm to your music with the iconic sound of this '70s electro-mechanical piano called the Pianet T.

The reeds in the Pianet T aren't struck, but instead are engaged by NASA-patented pink plastic suction pads that suck on the reeds until they snap loose and begin to vibrate. Small coils, similar to guitar pickups, then convert the vibrations into electrical sound. The intricate sounds produced by these coils comprise numerous sine waves. In the case of the Pianet T model, it occasionally necessitates the computation of over 100 sine waves to craft its distinct sound profile.

SN03/SN03-G is a tape sound emulation plug-in not based on tape speed or tape type (nor particular brand of tape machine). It takes the key components of analog tape recorders and gives the user tools to create a properly calibrated "custom tape machine" that operates in the range of 7.5 to 30 IPS, while conforming to NAB, IEC, and AES equalization standards. The plug-in is designed with ASIO/CPU footprint that allows use of many instances for cumulative effect.

From rounding off the rough digital edges, to giving your sources high frequency air; from well below 3% THD to saturation mayhem–this baby does it all. On top of it, I was finally able to test and confirm that cumulative effect is a real thing.

'Clashing Rails' — The Klang of January. A station is a huge space that creates a great sound scenery. You hear big locomotives dragging along tracks, wagons bouncing over switches and brakes squeaking - so Jumpel captured some impressions from this scenery with his field recorder, assembled it in Kontakt and added an old construction compressor that was standing beside some old tracks. The result is 'Clashing Rails' - check it out.

Inside: Clashing Rails contains several sound files from a huge station as well as one buzzing noise from a construction compressor. You can further shape the Sound with Tone, Chorus, Delay Tremolo and Amp FX and also with 9 different types of reverb. The Modwheel chnages the sound in a interesting way.
