Hungarian developer Bitsonic has announced the release of Multiband Stereo Image Modifier Lite, a new free VST effect plugin for Windows.
With this plugin you can freely change the sense of space, in 3 different frequency-ranges. Mid/Side modules lets you optimize the audio signal and change the volume and stereo image.
The graphic frequency range handler window allows you to manage 3 different color coded frequency ranges. The overlay of the different ranges can be changed with the vertical white lines. When used, the vectorscope shows the stereo images of the ranges, and therefore you can see on the graphic display if the sense of space is correct.

Mikro Prism is perhaps the best free synth I have ever downloaded. Working on a similar principle to expensive percussive software synthesisers its ease of use makes it the instrument of choice for creating new sounds from scratch.
What Native Instruments say about it: "In comparison to oth­er synthesizers, the most obvious difference is that there are no real oscillators or samples. This is because MIKRO PRISM is based on a Modal synthesis model, and sound is created by an Exciter, which creates impulses or continuous noise.
