Most effective on vocals, but it works wonders on complex sounds with harmonics including synths, guitars, keys, etc. Start by increasing the 3 middle bottom knobs: "A", "EE" and "U". These 3 knobs will change the vowel of the sound to their corresponding labels. Mix them to get anything in between!
