Hi SampleKing.

I've downloaded the volume 18 and volume 20 and been listening to them for a while now. I just can't get what the special thing they should seem to offer, really. The songs really don't sound cool to me. Am I missing something? Are these Musicians really great talents? (I only know JMJ from that list)

At least they're by the original artists. I'm not familiar with a lot of the music presented but i've found some gems. You could make a compilation of you favorites, just an idea. winked

Whaaaaaat????!!!! Who is this Philestine called atilla999 who only knows my next door neighbour Mr Jarre?
Never ever heard of Bert Kaempfert? His greatest work "A Swinging Safari"? where were you in the 1960's?
What about the legendary Eric Hansen? Drummer Musician, travel writer, Danish wrestler, sports commentarists and ex baseball pitcher, a tallented man indeed!
Herb Alpert..... Bandleader, trumpeter, composer and a good judge of whiskey!.
Gil Ventura, Italian saxaphonist of jazz and disco era, or even
Lee Mack "Captain Fingers" Ritenour, the jazz guitarist who has had over 30 or more hit records. Are you sure you should be visiting this musical website mr (or Mrs) atilla999? I thought this site was for musicians?! People who appreciate good music never minding if it's hippedy hop or southern blues, electronic keyboards or trumpet soloists, artists the world over appreciate music as an artform. Sure even Mr Jarre (who I taught to play keyboards) even plays the odd tune on an accordian, his brother plays the saxophone and his dad was (is) a composer of film music (Maurice Jarre) for films like Dr. Zhivago etc. What is this world coming to? I dispair here in my old folks retirement home for old, confused and cranky little old ladies. Wait until I have Mr. Jarre over for tea when he gets back from his concert tour of Belgium, France and Germany just before Christmas, he'll definetly take you off his Christmas card list.......
