I think this tutorial is pretty useless as most apple products are self explaining plus you will find everything you need to know in the internet

hahah not really took me 3 hours to understand how to get a fucking pdf file from my comp to my ipad without using itunes or any cloud service. the end of story was it is not possible - you cant access the storage of the ipad and the itunes GUI is pretty dumb too! like most of the other apple stuff.

Don't even get me started Artic. I have traveled this road many a time. I can recommend using something like Air Sharing. I got it when it was free but it costs a little now. In the older version it used it's own PDF viewer but perhaps the newer versions allow you to read PDFs in iBooks. You basically input the IP address of your device in your browser while the application is running and you can upload music, pdfs, etc. and they will be available in the app when needed. It's the easiest way I've found, perhaps it will be helpful to you as well.
