Sonic Academy welcomes James Dymond to take the controls and guide us through this all new ‘How To Make Uplifting Trance’ in FL Studio 11.

25 year old James is a classically trained musician-come-producer from the UK who has exploded onto the scene in a blaze of light of musical glory back in Sept 2011 and here he delivers a trance masterclass with an emotionally charged melody that would fill the biggest of dance floors, a huge breakdown that instantly lifts the mood and of course, driving percussion that raises pulses.

skipped thru, nice overview, but ANA is still a bad noisy cheap sounding synth, dont like it. why not use Sylenth1 for it?

Why do you think? They have to promote the company theyre doing the video for.

yes you can hear it thru the lines james used. in other words.
the leads sounding so resonanting, was a lot of work to get it sounding clean in the end.

hmm i miss the times as SA made tutorials with Sylenth1.

Actually that started to bother me very much. Everytime there's a tutorial, there's ANA and everything to mention 1000 times how great it is, but in the end it's an average plugin with some nice things, but nothing special.. I rather have Spire if we talk about recent plugins.

Tutorial is good for starters, but he seriously left a lot of things about, ala the producer secrets, but it's a nice one for people trying to find their way. The basics are there and the rest for you to find out.
