Mediocre mixing ruins songs. Don’t let good songs go to waste – get a complete mixing education with Isaac Cotec in Mixing Electronic Music In Ableton Live.

Isaac, better known as Subaqueous, is an Ableton Certified Trainer who’s been making electronic music in Ableton since 2002. In this class, he’ll discuss the why behind the how of mixing and help you make better decisions during every step of your mixing process. You’ll learn about:

Setting up your studio: monitors, acoustic treatment, etc
Routing and gain structure
Dynamic range and compression
Advanced EQing and spatial placement
Adding color and dimension: reverb, delay, and effects
Basics of mastering in Live
Isaac will show you how to zoom out and take conceptual control over the mix and then zero in on the steps it’ll take to get there.

Includes Isaac's complete mixing example set in Ableton with all examples of compression, eq, track setup and panning along with the frequency worksheet of instrument placement, a pdf on sharing tracks with others and a pdf on mixing in Ableton Live. Over 1GB in total!

Notes About Compression

I used Keka to compress the files, so I recommend using Keka to uncompress them!

How did you download it?
Do you use actually JDownloader, or not?
In my case, JDownloader extract this automatically, as usual.
Use JDownloader, it's really easy for download any kind of stuff.
You can even download YouTube Videos, or Music from SoundCloud.
Here you can get it (for free of course):

You should deactivate the automatic extract function!

And why?
For me it's just one of the best feature of JDownloader.
Can you tell me why do you recommend to disable this???

For example if somebody doesnt pack archive in an adaequate way. I dont know how much you love to sort files to the correct app after extraction...but I love to first take a look into an archive and check if the person who packed it packed a folder and not only the files. If he/she didnt do it that way after extraction you'll have a total mess in your download folder. And if you activate the option in jDownloader "create subfolder" you normally have a folder depth that contain 1 folder that is unneccessary and you have to delete manually. BTW...WinRar also offers an option to include automatic execution to an archive (SFX-functions). I can send you an archive when you extract it automatically it will write files to your system and executes them. So deactivate it also for security reasons. And finally dont downvote me if you are an IT-noob!

Personally the JDownloader extraction function is one of the first things that I disable upon installation.

I don't like packing extraneous folders. For example if a soundbank file and PDF file is packed, I wouldn't put them in a folder. Extract Here in WinRAR should dump all contents without extra folders in the directory where it is located. If someone wants to create a top-level folder (like I always do) then they can simply use WinRARs Extract To Folder + "Release Name" instead of simply Extract Here. Otherwise Extract Here and Extract To Folder do pretty much the same thing. That's my rationale behind that decision. Other people will make the top-level Release Name folder initially and pack everything in there.

Keka is for the mac only though. it would seem no windows based extractor can deal the keka format. I tried several but all failed.
Mac only Video then.

This package need to be unpacked 3(!) times.
2 times goes well, third time gives errors:

echo "Hello Snake Oil Mod" ;

You can unpack with WinRAR 5 latest version, all goes well untill the third part (which are RAR files).
echo "Hello Snake Oil Mod" ;

I really dont understand the packing idea of some people here...5 times rar packing..and dont use recovery record function of WinRar.

BTW..the errors you got are simply because of the "?" in the filename. Thats not allowed in Windows file system. WinRar automatically rename it to "_" where the "?" was. So finally no problem.

Oh i see now, the video's are unpacked but the "?" is just replaced with "_".
Thanks for the info.

Note: it is packed 3 times, not 5 (still too much).
echo "Hello Snake Oil Mod" ;

The "5-times" was not for this release...but we already had 5 times packing here.

I really don't understand your "self made" problem.
I was downloading this with JDownloader & got the stuff seamless without any errors or doing something extra...

Not quite true for anyone who downloaded via lenfile on a windoze machine.
the archives start as 7z and winrar 5.21 can't touch them.
Keeping fingers crossed that someone has worked out a way for windoze users to extract the keka format.

I really have no idea what you all are talking about. Me (on win7 64bit) unpacked it simply with 7zip and WinRar5.xx. Only the "?" at the end of 3 of the video files names gave errors. But WinRar automatically renamed them to "blahblah_.mp4" So finally everthing is OK.
