I had been playing guitar for maybe half my life before I understood the true genius of Les Paul. When I was in my teenage years I thought his was 'old people's music' & lame compared to Alvin Lee, Jimi Hendrix, Duane Allman, & Richie Blackmore. When I found out that they listened to Les I had to give him a listen. For that I recommend this film to all guitar players. He was ahead of his time, just like Alvin, Jimi, Duane, Richie, & Django.
