I really appreciate you pointing out good ressources.

But I need to mention that this whole thing makes me sick to my stomach because I can hear when it's off but I have no ability to read it and even when I read descriptions like the one you shared, It all start to feel like gibberish way too soon into my attempt of understanding.

I think I need someone to teach me like I'm a retarded 5 years old at Kindergarten.

I agree with you. However, not everyone has a musical education. And we immerse in the world of music at different ages and at different stages of life. I won’t learn reading music notation and the circle of fifths is more attractive for me as bedroom producer or a songwriter. Personally I don’t use the circle to find scales or chords but the negative harmony what helped me to spice some of my tracks.
