Home of Sound Mickey Nox Music Production Masterclass TUTORiAL-FANTASTiC screenshot
FANTASTiC | 15 August 2024 | 298 MB
We welcome Industrial Techno heavy hitter Mickey Nox, who released on Perc Trax, SLAM and worked with the likes of Rebekah, Ansome, Perc and also founded Green Fetish Records. In this DAW only masterclass Mickey shares his secret to create sounds from literally anything, without need for expensive tools or any hardware. He also shows how to create an effective arrangement fast and how to process and layer sounds for a better, and heavy hitting, mixdown.

This masterclass is intended to both illustrate the guiding principles of Mickey Nox way of making music and provide concrete demonstration to produce effectively. The structure is so that you could follow the process step by step to create your music building on this approach.

Throughout the course the artist uses mostly Ableton and built in instruments and effects, and some external VSTs. The explanations are structured in a way that principles are usable by any producers even by those who don’t possess the same VSTs.

The masterclass cater to beginner to intermediate producers. Some insights cater to professional producers too - ie creating sounds (from any source!), layering, processing for a clean mixdown.

Thanks for the share.
It seems there's just Chapter 1.
There should be two more.

Chapter 1 - Creating your own sounds

    Drum sounds
    FX / Sweeps / Details
    Synths
    Field Recordings

    Chapter 2 - Track Structure & Arrangement

We’ve made sounds. Cool, now what?
    Looking visually / using gaps
    Organizing folders & saving sounds

Chapter 3 - Sounds layering and processing

    Why I do it
    Processing the group
    Layering thin to thick
    Parallel processing

If you can upload the remaining 2nd and 3rd chapter would be Fantastic!
Thanks
RIP Olymoon
