"Mixdown" is actually the process of exporting/rendering. I think Omar means "mixing". The preview was pretty half-assed as well. I think you'd be better off checking out the oldie but goldie book by David Gibson, which ironically is called "The Art of Mixing".

Even if this tutorial isn't for me personally, I appreciate the effort and uploads, Sunny.
