Louis is recognized as the genius producer behind #1 hits for artists like Post Malone, Camila Cabello, Justin Bieber, Halsey, Taylor Swift, and many others. Immerse yourself in his unique process and leave the class with 2 release-ready songs of your own.

Learn through a step-by-step curriculum
Drastically improve your skills through in-depth video lessons, projects, and feedback sessions. It's a world-class curriculum and unforgettable learning experience designed to level you up.

Pre-class: Onboarding and Introduction
Before class starts, there are few things you'll need to do to be ready to go on Day 1. Louis Bell explains how to get set up and what you'll need to have and know ahead of time to get the most out of the class.

Days 1-15: End-To-End Songwriting & Music Production
In this part of the class, Louis walks through his full songwriting and production process by creating an original song in real time, from start to finish. He walks through his entire process of developing a song, including how he writes melodies and lyrics, produces synth, drums, bass, and other instrument parts, uses effects and automation to shape and adjust his sounds, and mixes and finalizes the track. You will follow along with Louis step-by-step and end Part 1 with your own original song.

Days 16-30: Crafting a Song for an Artist
In the second part of the class, Louis demonstrates how to write a song with an artist, working alongside them in the studio to come up with the lyrics, melody, and arrangement. After the song is written and recorded, Louis shows how he produces the track, including his complete vocal production process. You will write and produce a second song by collaborating with an artist, friend, or musician in your life.

This looks like it might be ok. The Kygo one wasn't that good.

Just not what I was after as he doesn't mix or master his own music so for me didn't offer anything. If you know how to make chords or even use a chord plugin and basic song arrangement then there is nothing really in his course it was pretty basic. He has a section on mixing and mastering which was him talking about preparing it for a mix engineer. Not mocking it as that's his way to do things but that was the main reason I downloaded to see the mixing and mastering.

Yes. Monthly's fault. I heard they recorded the Ryan Tedder one using a boom mic in the studio. Smh.

these people at Monthly are absolute MORONS -- they've been selling production related courses to people and and they're ENTIRELY IN MONO lol.. the Charlie Puth is funny, he's trying to show you panning techniques and we're all like uhhhh??!??! Mono buds. Same with Bell, I'm told, by paying customers who are cheesed

Exactly. It's a shame.

Charlie had "panman" vst doing panning and I hear no difference. ROFL LOL!!

I mean, It sort of makes sense. I guess they do it on purpose it to prevent from people snatching up the songs, or sampling from the songs and putting the samples into their own projects? I watch the courses for the knowledge. Ya, it sucks, but at the same time you should be thankful they give you something at least.
Stay Classy music lovers

Yeah, I agree with you on this. When they are working with such big artist they would definitely be aware about the technicality side. The mono thing is on purpose to avoid their ideas getting stolen.
We all are lucky to see these GREATS at work. Always Thankful.

I don't think so. If someone is showing a technical technique that is in stereo and the audio is in mono they stuffed up!
There are bigger artists than these on other mixing platforms that are in stereo.
A sample in mono wouldn't stop me from taxing it if I really wanted it. We can all turn it back into stereo.
  Resident 1.01.2021 250

I got your point.

May be for a beginner all these technical stuffs like paning, all other effects how it sound would matter.

My only take away from this course is how they start an idea, how they interact with artist and hows mindset while writing a song.

Im least bothered about what plugin or daw they use. TBH i know ppl who are away better technicalilty wise, But not many who can write a song as good as these do.

It's not for beginners if you don't know the difference between listening to a mix in stereo and listening to it in mono then you are the beginner. It matters.
Have all the music ideas you want but if you can't produce it and then get it to a commercially listenable standard then most people won't be bothered to listen to it.

Dont take it personal brother, looks you are really unhappy with these course. May be you should contact My Webpage and raise your concern. You might get a proper explanation.

I'm not taking it personally. I haven't watched them, I'm not concerned and don't need an explanation as it was obvious.
