Not necessarily better, but: "Dolby Atmos technology allows up to 128 audio tracks, by default, has a 10-channel 7.1.2 bed for ambience stems or center dialogue, leaving 118 tracks for objects".
If you make a downmix of this to stereo, you are sure to run into serious phasing issues.

It's hard enough to achieve a decent stereo setup, but 10+ channels is just insane.

This BluRay is corrupt, do not download! When opening the iso image, the file size is only 4 GB and when playing, you receive an error message. ...
Tested on 3 different hard drives and having used 3 different media players! ...
