I'd say avoid udemy and academy.fm in general-I can't believe people pay for these. Free youtube videos are of better quality content wise

totally agree with you man. Udemy are rubbish even with entry-level stuff (same goes for Lynda & Academy.fm)

as you said, Sonic Academy have far higher standards - also worthy of mention are Groove3, Ask Video, PureMix and a myriad of YouTube channels
