No secret today as you can find tutorials all over internet and the REAL secret is just practice and practice many hours every day and dont practice the same licks over and over after warmup always practice what you find difficult

absolutely ! And please practice SLOWLY and with a clean sound till you get whatever you're working one right , then augment the tempo with little increments , and watch your accents when you play scales or groups of notes ( triplets , quadruplets , sextuplets etc..) It's the MOST IMPORTANT thing you have to focus one ,

there are so many players who can't play an even and precise scale with the same dynamic for each notes( a kind of gun machine scale !) and scales with proper accentuations ! It does not matter that you play it at the speed of light if it's not right (right ?)

And in the end of the day you have to know your Blues !!! Because a good guitar player has to know how to play the blues and project a part of his soul to the audience ( and that my friend is very difficult to do or teach) , I know a lot of so called " shreders" who can not improvise or play in a jam session or even play a good old blues song because the blues is not just a bunch of pentatonic scales !!
