MP3 are really embedded in the pdf file.

Try to use a free pdf reader such as the portable Sumatrapdf v3.1.1.

When your pdf file is opened , use F12 to see the bookmarks on the left side. Then you see all the pages of the document and the mp3 files are listed after the last page. Click on each to get the mp3.
