Their best album IMO! Also one of the very best prog/tech death metal albums ever. I didn't like their first two albums that much, but Akroasis was a step in the right direction. It still had a bit too many melodic parts for my liking though. Diluvium is where they got the balance between progressiveness, melody and pure technical excellency just right.

The production on Diluvium is also so damn perfect! It even beats the benchmark/gold standard for technical death metal productions: Epitaph by Necrophagist.

When A Valediction was released a was really excited to hear the progression of the sound they had on Diluvium, but I was quickly disappointed when I heard that they had decided to go back to the melodic power metal-esque sound again :/

I'm not saying the other albums are bad, they are all pretty excellent, they're just not my cup of tea.

Thanks for uploading these! This kind of music is not very easy to figure out and play by ear (if you even are able to play them at all ), so this is a great help.
