How? Well, we take out all the limitations, and now you can add as many VST's and samples you want.

It's more than tested, and we would like to dedicate this post to HY2ROG3N AUDIO for criticizing HY2ROGEN_CRAP AND MYSELF!!!!

How to: (READ CAREFULLY)

1) Uninstall Cubase Elements 7 / Cubase 7 (Only if you already have it in your system)
2) Uninstall Steinberg eLicenser (if you have it on your system)
3) Delete folder C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft (which contain the actual expired license in the file SeLicenser.sel) Only if you install any Cubase 7 before. (Very recommended)
4) Download the Trial version which is in version v7.0.6 at:
http://download.steinberg.net/trial/Cubase_Elements_7_Trial_Installer_win.zip
5) Download the update patch v7.0.7 at:
http://download.steinberg.net/downloads_software/Cubase_LE_AI_Elements_7/7.0.7/PC/...
6) Change your Windows system date (only the year) to something very far in the future: Ex: 2060 (So for Cubase installer think your are now in 2060)
7) Install Steinberg Cubase Element v7.0.6 Trial version by running setup.exe then choose version 32 bit!!! (Run as Administrator...Everything)
8) After installation, run Cubase Elements 7 and choose Cubase Elements 7 on launching if Cubase ask for the version. You should also have a trial 30 day warning message
(This will initialize a license file at the actual date : 2060 in C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft\SeLicenser.sel which will expire 30 days later in 2060
9) Close Cubase Elements 7
10) Install the Update v7.0.7 and revert the clock back again to 2014
11) Apply the crack in "C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase LE AI Elements 7\Cubase LE AI Elements 7.exe" (Run as Administrator)
12) That's all. Now you can run Cubase Elements 7 v7.0.7 patched with all limitations removed and no trial version message warning.
13) Cubase Elements 7 should work until 2060 before it expires....

If you follow all the simple steps that I've outlined here it should work for you all...

If for some reason doesn't work following the instructions above, do this:
Install Cubase Elements 7 using the date in 2060 or whatever... Run it.
It will give you the message that you have 30 days trial. Close it!
Put you clock back to 2014 and install the 7.0.7 update.
Run the patch (Run as Administrator).

Now everything MUST run, as this was tested in many machines without fails!!!!

And a big thank you for my buddy HY2ROG3N_CRAP for supplying the crack/patch!!!!

That only happen if you install the wrong version.
If you're using x64, the patch only work on the x64 version
The same applies to x86!

1) Crack works on 32 Bit and 64 Bit
2) No more Trial message when launching Cubase Elements 7
3) You can add more than 48 audio Tracks (But you have to add one by one, I don’t know why the cracker has made this choice)
4) You can add more than 24 VST Instruments (But after 24 you have to add one by one you can’t use the counter anymore)
5) You can add more than 64 MIDI tracks (But after 64 you have to add one by one you can’t use the counter anymore)
6) You can add more than 8 FX tracks

I got an error after i installed and try to run cubase please help it had something to do with elicenser

Read the instructions carefully!!!

Many don't "Run as Administrator" and are installing the wrong version in x64 machines.

There are more than enough proofs that this works.
Just read carefully.....

Hi Guys,

Any idea how to change the date (years) in windows 7 (ultimate) without windows getting frozen?

I set it like 20 years forward and it keeps loading/frozen. Though even if I set it 2 months forward I get the same.

I'm experiencing the same "unknown version" error using the patch as others have encountered. I've followed the instructions perfectly and have read all of the other posts on this thread, experimenting with all possible variations of installation.

I'm using Win7 32bit. I've installed everything with the "run as administrator" command, starting with the "Setup.exe" in the 7.0.6 package, then the 7.0.7 update, and finally the patch. All using administrative installations. When I run the 7.0.6 install I do indeed get the 30 day trial. I then roll back the date to 2014 and install the 7.0.7 update. (I've tried it both ways, rolling back the date both after installing the update and before). In all situations I receive the "unknown version" error. I can only install the x86 version of both 7.0.6 and 7.0.7 updater, and they both install into C:/Program Files/Steinberg/Cubase LE AI Elements 7

I've repeated the install several times using different combinations, and deleting the temp files in app data, etc., before restarting my PC prior to a fresh install.

I've even played around with my UAC settings to see if my administration rights have changed.

I have absolutely no idea why this isn't working for me, so, any ideas?

If it helps, after installing the 7.0.7 update with administrative rights the .exe comes to 59,181 KB

Help would be very much appreciated.

I've been using Steinberg products since Pro 24 back on the Atari ST in the late 80s, and have used all versions since up until Air's 5.1 crack. It isn't so complicated if you're familiar with the program. The instructions for installing this are very simple and easy to follow to, but they're not working for me. That's all.

Actually the patch and method are quite elegant and this is coming from a programmer that can really respect a work such as this. I would also point out that even if they know how to make a virtual dongle that doesn't mean that they can crack every dongle out there. This release brings value to many people in the forums who want to use the DAW exclusively or want a taste of what using the new version of Cubase would be like. Finally you're certianly not an H2O member so the question stands...why are you using the team name and image?

Yep.

I can see the date change in the bottom right corner, but the configuration screen "time and date" where you change the date is frozen or very very slow loading. I cannot do anything anymore without a hard reset.

When I restart the computer, the date is back to normal.

Ferio12, try unchecking "Syncronize with an internet time server" in your Windows Date and Time Settings.
