Same random note situation here after about 5 minutes. Windows 7, 32 bit. Standalone or hosted.
fyi... The previously shared 6.6.0 "unfixed" version works fine.

After a few hours the icon on the desktop disappears and when I go to click on the executable it says "registration expired". I only installed the standalone version. I have already tried 3 times with the same result.

The Message is " your keyfile is too old , you need to reactivate"

I noticed that windows 10 defender reports me 2 trojans: Win32 / Occamy.C and Win32 / Wacatac.D! Ml.

If I allow the use of Trojans, the program will work again.

Glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this incredibly weird behavior. I'll roll back to the 6.6.0 regular (unfixed) version. See if that helps. Thanks, everyone!

Confirmed-- 6.6.0 version (regular, not "Fixed") works perfectly. No issues with any presets or the notes going backwards after sitting for a while. Since I only use it as a plugin and not standalone, I don't need the fixes. Also in case anyone is curious, the original 6.6.0 version includes all the presets from the 6.6.0 Fixed. Thanks for your input and endless thanks to Dima!

wow this sounds really nice- and at 128meg, might be able to eliminate some really huge kontakt piano libs that are hogging the hd. it's also not too bad on cpu either...

also: in ableton 10 x64 (win7) vst2 "fixed" version doesn't have any 'backwards notes' issue (orange steinway preset) for me- when the plugin sits idle for a while..
make music, not walls.

Good to know. Try other presets though as I noticed it happens with many other presets. No issues with the early 6.6.0 version, though!

quote by JevonI still prefer Keyscape, Emotional Piano, Noir, Alicia Keys and a handful of other sampled piano libraries over this. Don't get me wrong Pianoteq's modelling is second to none, these pianos sound fantastic and realistic. Yet, they lack depth, and warmth, and sound thin.

So you're saying, in essence, they sound fantastic and realistic....but they don't sound fantastic and realistic.
