[Patch] Avid Pro Tools 10.3.4 to Audioz

and from this the consensus is that it does not work. best stick with 10.3.0, thats the only one that works btw.

Guys sometimes you have to open and close like 3 times then it clears out ! not alaways though

After some trials, for me it works great !
But I'm using the 'x86-32bit' version under 'Win7 Ultimate Edition' (x86-32bit), so I'm not aware about some issues under 'x64-64bit' systems...

I used a standard MIDI Keyboard ('Ensoniq ESQ-1' to be exact) and set it
as 'Generic MIDI Controller/Keyboard' as is an old model, thus neither listed, nor available through some specific pre-configuration files.
I've recorded several Tracks via a provided 'Session Template' :
'Songwritter - Pianist.ptt', which allows not only to record MIDI data for Piano, but also for other accompaniment instruments, and all was working fine. I saved that 'little' recording (2-3 mins), then reloaded it and play it back perfectly... This was done with some 'AVID' Instruments,
which by the way, sound GREAT !, but I still don't have tried them all...

I also done some recorded Guitar Tracks with the 'Session Template' :
'Rock Guitar.ptt' (via the 'PSA-1 Preamp' and some 'Waves v9r12' Plugins Effects to test them), and the same has applied here too. I saved that recording session, reloaded it and played it back without any trouble...

Of course, it needs more in-depth trials/tests as well as full - or at least more big - projects with many tracks and a final mastering worthy of
that name, but at a first glance, this 'v10.3.4' works smoothly
and flawless for me till now !

It is working much smoother than all the previous patches released.

Been using it all day and night and have found only 2 errors:

1.) When the computer is low in RAM/CPU and an attempt is made to open an extra plug-in an "access violation error" comes up. Click "ok" and Pro Tools freezes. This is expected and can be tolerated. Just save frequently !

2.) I have waves v9r11. Sometimes when I allow two plug-ins (say 2 rcomps) to be opened, one of them starts to glitch/stutter (not the sound, just the gui) This is very trivial, as you just close the plugin and re-open. just can't have 2 at once. Idk if this is the waves plug-ins or my computer.

Thats it ! Works Fine ! Windows 7 - Ultimate - 32Bit !

PT 12 features all Pro Tools 11 HD features with the exception of PT 12 HD adding it as a requirement to use DDR4 memory.

First it doesn't work with "everything", second soon you no longer gonna see plugins released as rtas, since it's a dead format.

I don't know exactly if a 'NO new hide BIN provided' is provided or not within that new Patch, but for sure it's far more reliable and stable
than previous ones. You can close and reopen Projects 'in a breeze'
without any particular trouble, any crashes, and several other functions
that were unstable within previous 'patched' versions, seem to have
gone away...

Mp3 Export no working on this version same as old

If you were a 'little' more astute, you'll don't even care a second
about that...
Simply 'bounce' your audio/songs/projects as '.wav', '.aif',...
then simply use an external converter to get the 'MP3' version(s)
of your audio files !
You can find dozens of these converters that have 'codecs' of
equivalent sonic qualities as these found in the majority of DAWs, so...



About those complaining for the '.aax' format not cracked...
Well, don't you think that it already exists enough 'VST', 'RTAS',...
formats and Plugins available on the market to make/process your music
to sound the way you like ?
Nowadays, several Plugins manufacturers are trying to emulate the best possible way vintage and/or legendary Hardware Units of the past,
thus trying to get as close as possible of the behaviors of all these 'old' gears, that by essence, are 'imperfect' due to their own irregularities (analog behaviors), and you still believe that by using '.aax' format instead, your Plugins will sound better ?

You're quite right for 'Pro Tools 11', but perhaps you can go to f...
yourself too, because most of the users of that 'v10.3.4' (I'm one of them !) can get hundreds (to not say more !) of 'RTAS' Plugins (a lot of 'VST' Plugins have their 'RTAS' counterparts available) already existing and make plenty of beautiful things with their audio stuff !
You can make almost 'miracles' with all the already existing Plugins
(either 'VST', or 'RTAS') on the market nowadays...
The thing is to trying to wisely use them !

And, personally, I don't think that '.aax' Plugins will suddenly make
my audio stuff sound drastically different in any way...

However, you're right in the sense that, nowadays, making a DAW which only supports its own Plugins proprietary format is certainly not the best solution... but that's related to commercial and marketing strategies.
Unfortunately, these 'economical' considerations go far beyond the audio domain which is the MAIN topic here !

ha, at the first try, i just use new patch, then protools not work....
then i make system restore with my good image, and now the second try, with beta 7 patch first, then killer bugs, and voila, everything is fine:-)

ps: if you get error about izotope radius dll, just go in program files, common files, digidesign, plugins, then copy the izotope dll in pro tools installetions folder, and voila, no error message aNd radius working :-O)
