I cannot install any of the soundsets. I generate the licenses, but nothing happens. Can someone explain how to install?

when i saw Studio One Pro "plus" content, i though the Mac OSX DAW was included.

can somebody help with this?

when i drag ampire and ampire hd over the authorization window, the online authorization window reappears, i close it, then both are listed in the installed extensions list until i close studio one, and when i reopen it, they're missing.

when i double click on the .install files it tells me they don't have a valid signature.

and when i drag the licenses over the offline auth. window it says they're invalid licenses. but studio one is properly authorized from the same batch of licenses.

what am i missing?
