apparently not. I think that one isn't part of Sphere subs package. It must be purchased from Softube themselves and like all their other product must have been injected with iLok.

I guess this release have additional content which is not included in the 36GB earlier release which was most likely the core library content similar to cubase, Ableton Live etc

Is there any VST utility for making this soundset available for other DAW's? For example Stenberg Halion uses soundset format also, but the VST instrument can be used in almost any DAW.

Those are for Presonus Hub, as per the first comment in this convo, you don't need to install as they are already included in S1.

The soundset for DFO was posted in 2020 and even though it's been almost 5 years, links are still active

Deep Flight One is activated in S1, but when you run it it complaints the samples are missing due to the soundset not being installed. You can still use your own samples but the presets wont work.
It is not activated on presonus hub, but that just means you cannot use it on a daw other than S1. Even if it was activated in PH, the soundset with the samples would still be missing.
Presonu hub doesn't affect plugins inside S1, only allows you to use them in a non presonus daw (Live, Cubase...)
