Whatever they plan to bring us, these guys are Legend already.
They could crack a 9 years old freeware to simply remove the ads within to celebrate their history, I'd be happy and thankful.

Unless you actually want to mix, edit AUDIO and get the best/fastest results and use world class mixing controllers like the (once) $40k (now can buy used for around 2 grand) D-Command 24 fader.

Get over your Reaper fetish ffs... it's a convoluted, geeky, nerd's toy with severe usability issues and nothing but a (fake) CPU meter to brag about... nobody worth their salt uses it. PRO TOOLS has proven itself 'in battle' millions of times already and is STILL the best audio/mix DAW. (and yes I've used everything from Studio One, though cubase to even trying out Reaper) nothing comes close. Nothing. Unless you're an EDM guy who needs tons of midi stuff.
