NOTE:
Previous release by other group contains bad ripped ISO image and it may cause some troubles during the installation. The official Omnisphere 2 installer checks the volume label to identify the disc number; Wrong named volume will not be recognized by the installer. The volume name of disc1 should be "Spectrasonics Omnisphere", however, when you use ISO9660/Joliet format while the ripping, the length of volume name will be restricted to the 16 characters. As a result, the disc volume is detected as "Specrasonics Om", which leads the installation problem. Some virtual disc software allows you to use longer name than 16 chars even it is a ISO9660/Joliet format, but some other don't support it. Our release contains valid ISO image with UDF format that does not affect to the volume name length on every disc management software (if it is correctly follow the UDF format). Only Disc A should have the longer volume name than 16, in other words, we don't need to make them proper for Disc B-H :)

This release does not include any cracks or keygens. See our another patch + keygen release for the activation.

@Articstorm when you mounted the disk did you just rename it then in the v-drive
or did you have to change one of the files inside the iso
setup.txt ? im still downloading d1 lol

Simply use a Program like PowerISO and change the type of Image file from ISO 9660 Joliet UDF to UDF only and rename it to "Spectrasonics Omnisphere" and save it with this name.

Thanks luck just have to wait 3 weeks now to try it out,
when i installed v1 a while back after the frist disk was installed
i found it quicker to just open and copy the files from the other 5 iso to my steam folder as they were all just soundsourcse .db files, is a backup plan

Strangely the previous DVD1 downloaded from here wasn't an ISO file, but files/folders structure. Perhaps if you create an UDF ISO, and using Spectrasonics Omnisphere as label, it works?

Spectrasonics sucks about DVD naming, because next disks are labeled as "Omnisphere B", "Omnisphere C" and so on... I'll plan to create my own installer (Windows only) to store Omnisphere 2 install from single BD-DL 50BG disc (by using LZMA2 compression on some Soundsources files), it will install updated sounds (Step 2) and pre-patched VST DLLs... the only thing I'll must do after installation is using R2R Keygen part only for C/R registration, nothing else.

Did you extract both "rar's"? With one you got the files/folders structure and with the other I got an 7.15GB iso. Just a thought.

Thanks for you remark, harpermeight805, I've missed one RAR - yes of course, one multiparts RAR containing... two multipart RARs, really it's stupid, it's messy such this global post with many actors, some files badly named and so on).

My D1 (downloaded yesterdays) is only 1.09GB, without ISO file, so I'm wrong. I've only folders/files such "DYNAMiCS", "Step xxx", one nfo, one PDF, that's all. Of course, as an idiot I am, I've deleted downloaded parts. By the way, I'll download this PROPER DVD1 and keep previous as "D1_OLD"...

EDITED: by using this "D1 PROPER" and other DVDs from AudioZ, it works like a charm. Thanks guys for this stuff

Except this isn't a country so therefore it's not unavoidable so they don't have to deal with anyone. Could just as easily tell everyone to fuck off, share with each other and not have any problems.
