The official website's Help Center gives you an answer.
http://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/articles/202958335-Where-is-the-custom-amps-
Where is the custom amps?
The amps download from Tone Cloud will save in your Custom Folder which is locate at the bottom of preset menu. You can click on the preset menu -> drag down the drop menu to the bottom -> to find your saved amps in Custom Folder.

I'm having the same trouble... Everything works fine, but I can't login, that's bad because I can't download any preset from tonecloud, I can just try them..

How did you guys login? Where did you create your user account?

quote by richsketchyThe problem with it is that it doesn't show custom amps and you can save yours, but you can't reload them. They don't show up. Does anyone else have custom amps at the bottom of your presets?

I can't tell you if these can be loaded or not because I'm still downloading all these 'Custom' Amp & Cab Models available via 'Tone Cloud', by cons these are added within the 'Global Presets' Folder of 'Bias'.
I have at this moment exactly 257 Items, and that number is far beyond this that was originally when I launched the Plugin for the first time, so we will see later...

Are you getting all those at once? If so how, and where can I go to create a new account instead of my original?

Unfortunately not !!!
Hence, a part of one of my previous Comments...

I'm downloading all these almost endless 'User Models' one by one !!!
I don't even searched for an option to get the whole in a 'Single Download', so I can't answer you accurately...

ADDED AFTERWARDS :

Unfortunately, and at a first glance, it doesn't exist a mean to get all these 'User Models' via a 'Single Download' Archive or Link.
Moreover, as the number of Models seems just... HUGE ! Maybe it will be wise to select the desired ones via the 'Category' Menu

32 bit version doesn't show custom. I am going to try 64 bit now and see if there is a difference.

At those that can't still find their downloaded 'User Models' from 'Tone Cloud' shown in their 'Positive Grid' Plugin, simply do the following :

When loaded, a Factory Preset named : '76 RC-120' is visible in the 'Preset Menu'. Simply 'Click' on it and you'll get a scrolling Menu. If you go at the bottom of that scrolling Menu, you should find a 'Custom' Option, then if you select it, on its right side, you'll find all your downloaded 'Tone Cloud User Presets/Models', as simple as that...
You can 'scroll' with your Mouse over all these Presets/Models to see all the downloaded and available, then simply click on the desired one to load it and get it available in your 'Positive Grid' Engine.

ADDED AFTERWARDS :
After a few hours of usage, it seems that it's better (more practical) to simply let your Mouse over that 'Custom' Folder for a few seconds (in place of 'clicking' on it), then you'll have access to its corresponding 'Scrolling Menu' (on its right side).
Simply move your Mouse over it, and 'scroll down' to see all your available Presets/Models, either your 'Custom Made' ones, or these downloaded from 'Tone Cloud'...

It sounds stellar (best petrucci tone I've heard on a sim amp, but unfortunatly still in demo mode

Thank you Sunny

Under win7 x64, using x64 version blocked with firewall under Reaper still in demo mode, with interruption of sound each sometime, and no save option.

I'm still in the first trials with that 'Little Beast' (well, not so little in fact due the 'character' and 'bite' of the Sounds available !!! ), but as this one doesn't provide any particular FX, coupled with the 'Native Instruments Replika' also available today, it might be a true 'Killer Machine'... and I can only guess what will be the Week End of some Guitar Players out here, including myself !!!

Sorry for you to hear that, because I'm running it within 'Reaper' since more than 1 hour now, without any trouble, not even some interruption of sound, any specific sound (as these present in some Demos).
Maybe that's something to do with your 'Authorization' Process (?), even if I know that you know how to manage this kind of procedure.

You can even check the following Image that I done for you with a little 'Surprise' :

'Saved' as is, then reloaded as well... and it works !!!

Try it once again and Good Luck !

Yes I'll try the procedure again, but I'm sure I've done it as explained.

Are you using the x64 version?

Thanks for the image ... mocker

REMOVE DEMO MODE:

Place the keygen exe in C:\Users\(User name)\Documents\Bias and run it from there.

I got it to work but there always has been noise with this effect on every time I press a key. Anyone else have this issue?

To be honest (and using the 'x64-64bit' Version), the only 'noise' that I hear is due that most of the Hi-Gain 'User Presets/Models' are not using the 'Noise Gate' (which can be set independently of the Presets/Models), so that 'noise' is logical... and I get it loaded (and running !) since about 3 hours now (in fact, since the time of my first comment).
I done a lot of Preset/Model changes due that I downloaded almost 250 (or even more !) of these via 'Tone Cloud', and no trace of the specific noise(s) which appears in most of the Demo Versions of a Plugin.

For Info :
I have exactly 473 Presets/Models in my 'GlobalPresets' Folder (including the 'Factory' ones) at this moment, and I'm still downloading more via 'Tone Cloud', that looks like an inexhaustible source !!!

Doesn't work for me (I've done EXACTLY like said in the instructions, even running the keygen from bias directory.
Maybe it's because I'm using non-english Windows 8.1 (32 bit)?....

Thank you! It works for me. However, when I login through facebook it turns to demo, and when I logout it turns to the registered version again, it's kinda weird xD. The thing is that it's still usable :D Thanks again!

Did you replace .dll files with the Cracked .dll files ?If you just use the license only,it will check that your account did not buy this software when you login.
