apparently there is some weird instrument freezing shit going on when changing parameters on piano libraries...

Can anyone confirm this?

I did the installation as instructed in the txt file, and installed the Hanburg Grand piano, the app finds the sound content and shows the presets, however, when selecting a preset nothing happens without any sound, and the "piano, space, mix and effects" menu also It doesn't work, has anyone experienced something similar?

You have to click two times on selected variation of Hamburg Grand piano. In this way you can start downloading samples from Content location. After that you can play.

I have noticed once you import soundbank it works well but once you then SAVE your project turn off CUBASE and then open again your project it will load VST without sounds so you need manually all channels click and choose again the preset from the soundbank....

do you have same issue ?

WOW What a great sounding library all together.I thought keyscape had some nice piano s,but IK surprise me. nice soundsamples and enough tweek possibilitys.although the size of these librarys all together( 283 GB) gave my ssd a heartache,and eventhough one has to un pack two times and after that finaly extract all the files from the generated ISO file..its time consuming, but worth the wait.

I installed the app according to the text and saved the Hamburg Grand to a external HD, but it does not appear in the app, although it seems to have been scanned. do I have to save the instruments in the default place on the c-drive?

Amazing Piano Collection. There is an issue with finding the content once installed though. Widely reported online. IK Multimedia dragging their heels with rectifying this issue.

I must be in the minority, but I don't think this sounds great at all. There's a ton of hiss if you trigger lots of samples and let them sustain. It doesn't support half-pedaling (treats continuous sustain pedal input as switched). The sostenuto feature is also broken (it only sustains the notes you've already triggered, but new notes on those same keys don't sustain). I only tested each library for about 5 minutes, but I found a lot that I didn't like in a short amount of time. It's frustrating, because the samples themselves sound excellent. It's just the engine that needs some improvement. Garritan CFX and Keyscape and East-West are better IMO.

I'm also not impressed with the sound. I tried the Black Dimond first, and the sound is too loud and metallic, especially in the highs. The Liberty Upright Fine-Tuned sounds better, but in my opinion it's much worse than the Keyscape and Pianoteq, and some other pianos.

the library installation procedure is complex without ik manager.
i've installed the libraries on an external ssd. the scan only sees one library at a time. same thing on the C disk. can anyone describe the procedure for scanning all the libraries at once? thanks
