This is the ultimate proof (if ever you needed one) that the Team Cubeadooby (they certainly have a great sense of humor, to have adopted such a name!) are composed of human beings and, as such, can sometimes - very rarely, if you are honest - commit slight little errors for whatever reason.

I see no reason to bring them down, personally I'm sincerely grateful for all what they've done, and for the incredible easiness of installation of their releases: no need to extract anything, and no complicated KG!

With Winrar, you can simply double-click on the exe that is inside the archive, and install the software in only one operation!

Personally, I say: these guys just rock very hard! It's why I grant them the Award of the Best Warez Bangers of the Year!

Spending precious time and efforts to crack (poorly) something that can be perfectly unlocked by an already released keygen is beyond my comprehension...


You can always ask if you dont know.

First, the legit version has a homecalling, TCD bypassed the homecalling so, no need to block the host file. This is not really a big deal as most users here already know how to do it, but still it skips one step, some people like it that way.

Secondly which is the most important part is, the original/legit version license depends on MAC address. Wireless connection like 5G are known to reshuffle the MAC address everytime a new connection is made (modem reboot). It's weird but that's how the technology works. A lot of their customer complained about this but Overloud did nothing. Goodhertz is another dev that use same licensing style. I personally asked for TCD to do this before. Not sure if he already succeeded or not. I moved to a new place where there is no wired internet connection (a new modern planned town), only wireless for internet so it's a big problem to have to activate everytime I restart the modem so I really appreciate if TCD could do it. If R2R read this, I hope they consider to bypass this ridiculous licensing scheme for both Overloud and Goodhertz plugins, or any other plugins that depends on static MAC Address for the license.

This can be applied to any .exe. Personally I use to block everything that I don't wanna call by itself, simply 'cause my work routine is overwhelming & I try to not spend time closing pop-ups &/or any kind of auto *call home*, even any kind of legit stuff. In case of Overloud, this .bat protects any kind of validation, if you run it as Admin;

I see your script is blocking in and out connections, that's nice!

Right now I'm using this: OneClickFirewall (freeware), because it is really easy to use: you only have to right-click on any app and choose "Block internet access".

But I don't know - yet - if it blocks also incoming connections: if it's not the case, better use your script instead.

EDIT: confirmed by WF.msc: OneClickFirewall only blocks outgoing connections. Most of the time - IMHO - it seems sufficient to prevent apps from phoning home, but we never know...

I'm sure that some clever devs could imagine countermeasures to anything...

I'm fan of Sordum Soft, I suggest everybody to check their page, specially about FAB & ExcTool (both gui & CMD managed). Whatever, I like to write, or improve scripts from many pals, although there are many jewels over there that doesn't need any kind of improvement. Adding a little bit more on this current Overloud subject, I prefer to see my hosts file if I'm going to mod it through an Admin privileged shortcut to this .bat (instead a hosts lines insertor);

...to add or mod the lines. Some sites aren't blocked if the www prefix is not written, so from that experience I prefer to duplicate the correspondant lines with & without the prefix just in case their webmasters sometime decide to bypass our non-prefixed blockades..., eg.;

0.0.0.0. www.overloud.com

I use Windows Firewall Control by Malwarebytes, which is quite clever and does exactly what the native Windows firewall is missing: it asks for your approval whenever anything new is trying to connect to the internet. If you say No, it creates a new block rule.

Same as Little Snitch in MacOS. I love LS, but sadly some calls escape from him, at least when the processor is not enough for an overwhelmed or bottlenecked startup.

well there IS a difference for me, melon musk...i found that the R2R release requires a live network adaptor...essentially I have to be online for them to stay activated..although these TCD ones are producing the static noise,, they don't require me to be online for them to open without the demo message.

I project no ill will toward TCD or anyone. They are a great group and should be applauded heartily for all they do.

The real issue at hand is the fact that downloads sized any larger than say a 100 MEGA-bytes with the given crap links are virtually impossible. Then to top it, if the release is not working correctly, makes it even worse. This obviously has nothing to do with any of the groups, it has to do with distribution channels of choice at AZ.

There is solutions to avoid any "crap": personally, I chosen to subscribe to a "debrid" service, like All-Debrid, or Real-debrid or... there is a very large choice of services like this.

For a little fee, you can avoid all the ads and captchas and download releases of any size at full speed without interruption nor waiting time.

I'm almost sure that he's talking about to download the whole trial stuff from Overloud & authorize it through the last R2R kg.. I've done & it works. I'll try to do it on MacOS next week by placing in the right folder the .ol2 licenses generated in Windows.

Ah, ok. Hmm, the last overloud R2R release was TH-U on 9/28/23. Is that the one with the keygen you are referring to here that works with these? So apparently the audio distortions being experienced by others here are crack related?

The noise comes from *something* in this (already patched ) TeamCubeadooby's release, yes, but perhaps not all systems suffer the same. This could be related to any kind of VB or C++ lack in some OS, perhaps in the machine-mother of this patches the issue isn't present. There's something very bad in the 23H2 version of Windows 11, & some little improvements; could this patching came from W11 23H2? Whatever, if you install GEM trial from Overloud, the 9/23 R2R's .ol2 maker will work.
