Alas, Prophecy is still in Demo (and the other ones too)!

Tried everything: uninstall-reinstall-reboot (in different order), cleanup all traces of Korg releases with Revo, reinstall again, wait for the demo to expire then run RET kg (exactly as you say)...

The situation is the following:

Name any R2R release, randomly ==> WORKING, never had a single problem, ever!
These ones ===> NOT working.

I give up, I'm sorry for RETSU, all of your other (fixed) releases are fully working, except these korg ones.

The KARMA had proprietary technology from Karma-Lab, so I'm not sure how that would work out. But yes, would be great to see that too!

Is it me or shall I get me coat? The standalone just has Windows Audio and DirectSound, but no ASIO. I checked Triton Extreme and the standard Triton standalone and they both have ASIO in there as a choice, but not the prophecy, Thanks for the post it brings back lots of memories.

Not working for me unfortunately. Really weird situation. I have two laptops running Windows 10. Both have the R2R Korg with Software pass installed. One laptop installs and runs the new Ret Korgs with no issues at all, with the R2R still on there. The other laptop only runs the RET in demo, no matter what I do. I have tried everything mentioned on here and a ton of other workarounds I have developed myself over the years. No joy unfortunately. The laptop it runs on is my cheap internet laptop ironically. My new "bells and whistles" will not run the new Korgs. Very odd. Thanks anyway for all the tips and tricks. Not for me this time.

Yeah, similar (exactly the same!) sort of thing for me, too. There are marginal (like 1 month) differences in win10 21H1 between two different machines, but the latest (i9) laptop doesn't produce a working key.

With everything R2R-KORG stuff installed, I just ran the keygen and setup and that's it. Works fine on Windows 11 (22000.100).

I used the RET keygen and it works for the Trinity Extreme, MiniKorg and the Prophecy and all the other Korgs I had installed before are working fine too. The only problem is that the MiniKorg and the Prophecy do not find any ASIO driver, just Windows Audio. Weird! So the latency is long and playing live is useless. What's up with that? Is anyone else experiencing this as well?

Same here but win 7 x64. No tried other 2 but prophecy is working fine.

So far I not impress with sound. Not very strong sound for lead. I will play some more then decide keep or not.

All 3 releases work perfectly for me, installed over previous R2R Korg synth releases. No static at all
I miss the old days when you could just plug in and play.

I owned a Korg Prophecy and the sound we are all looking for has nothing to do with the original, chk your vst and chk this at minute 0:55

Prophecy, MiniKorg & Triton Extreme all worked for me upon initial install, then after a reboot, it reverted to Demo mode.

I was able to get it out of demo mode and fully operational by going to C:\ProgramData\KORG in Windows Explorer and taking permission of the folder when prompted. The folder became protected after reboot apparently, so I needed to grant myself permission to it. Maybe this helps someone else.
