DSEQ is a dynamic processor working in the frequency domain.DSEQ is removing digital harshness on the fly thanks to self-adjusting frequency bands.

DSEQ can be used in all mix and master situations:

de-essing vocals
taming resonances in e.g. drum, guitar, vocal recordings
removing digital harshness
balancing the mix
de-masking frequency regions
support of pink noise mixing/mastering

DSEQ works fully in the frequency domain, providing very high frequency selectivity thanks to self-adjusting dynamic equalizers. DSEQ does its job with highest transparency even pushed hard. This avoids distortion, phasing and artefacts even with very critical sound material. And DSEQ offers several quality modes taming even singular frequencies.
On top DSEQ provides a very easy to use interface. With just a few parameters (threshold, selectivity and attack/release) a broad range of applications can be covered. Even the initial parameter set could make your mix more transparent. Just pick the threshold parameter and lower it step by step. From there you can start focusing on specific frequency regions by using the pre-filters.

On top DSEQ comes with AB-LM Lite providing perceptual loudness matching.

TbProaudio might just be my favorite plugin developer right now! I've tried so many channel strip plugins and they have all felt a bit limited, to CPU heavy or to expensive. Then I tried CS-5501 for about a week before I bought it and removed all the other console emulations I have a feeling that I will buy this too!

Bro I tried the TBpro CS5501, I was surprised how it sounded better than most of my channel strips plugin including the ssl bx console. Am interested in knowing the channel strip and spectral eq you talking about as well. Thanks

Did you ever compare a ked .exe to the official .exe? Therein lies your answer. Another way to put it, is that it is a miracle in itself V.R. got this far. FWIW, Cubase is usually awesome -sometimes- memory leak, but Nuendo never gives me a problem no matter what.

Would be nice to get the updated Nuendo since they all last played with it. One new version out now, since.

And there is no war. Both on the same team of anti-centralism. Another way to say that: Both on the team of real freedom and not what they sell in the MK Ultra Mockingbird tv and stuff on net that -should- have been blocked 20 years ago. Rock on.

Yeah it's good. I am using Windows my entire life, but i won't lie, if i had money i would go for Mac anytime. Because these days, everything is just more optimized and better done on Mac than on Windows. I mean this year first motherboard for AMD processors with Thunderbolt 3 support came. Just that feature tells how behind Windows is. I know there was for Intel and PCI card extensions, but it was not as good as on Mac.

The demo is actually very user friendly:
"In demo mode (without registering) the plugin mutes audio every 90 seconds for a short period. This could be circumvented by clicking on the "TBProAudio" logo within 90 seconds."

In Ableton f.e. you could simply freeze the channel.

I doubt there's anything you can do on mac that we can't do on Win for half the price at twice the speed.

in fact I have imported several fairly full projects made with the legal version, both in Cubase and in Nuendo, they crash from both, with the difference that Nuendo is more stable on the Video part, but there is to understand, at what Which version are you referring to? that of the team Zaka1, Mono, VR,? or the latest Team DC- RC3 revision?
