I figured out how to get it work.

I followed the instructions given by Gizmotech in the TH-U 1.0.20 version:

Steps of note:
- Blocked website by adding it to host file.
- Installed
- Ran keygen using the "KeyGen App", it generated a .ol2 file on my desktop.
- Pasted this file in both
/Library/Application Support/Overloud/TH-U
and
/Users/*Username Here*/Library/Application Support/Overloud/TH-U/

In my case (High Sierra), the Library folder in the Users path was hidden and I had to show it by rigth-clic and select "Show View Options" on my user folder.

There's a missing line in the help file in the current version, and I thinks tha's the clue.
Please try it and tell me if it worked for you.

chimi_perez posted the answer. You have to add the same reg file to the Users/ youname/ library/ app support/ overloud/th-u folder also. Good Luck!

Thanks for reading me so far DAW. It's nice to have also the 32bit plugin, because of some plugins that I have only in Reaper x86 and whose get along pretty well with TH-U, that's all. But most of the time I'm using either the 64bit plugin into Reaper x64 or Samplitude x64 and the 64bit standalone. In my opinion, TH-U because of the Rig player is really the best. I'm planning to buy a Kemper, and will probably stop to use TH-U, but that was really cool to be able to try it.

Now : Samplitude x64, that you wrote using too, will load ALL those x32 and X64 plug-ins you need, doing the bridging automatically.

I have the exact same problem (OSX High Sierra). I've tried executing generator via WINE, also on a Windows 10 x64 computer. Neither AU nor VST3 are authorised. I've tried Cubase and Logic X.

Maybe it works on Windows only.

If i copy and paste th-u to other track, the setting of plugins will be reset. The tweak setting of first track can't paste to the other track.
