Follow this:
Installing the X64 version on pc with win7.
Fist block all internet traffic.
Do the setup.
Run the keygen.
Choose "Breverb2"
Start ableton live and open the plugin
On welcome window press authorize
Drag the file icon with the green arrow to the desktop
On keygen, press "get info from request file", and point to that file just created.
See the info filled up on keygen
Press generate license.
Close the keygen.
Drag the newly created file to the Offline authorization screen and drop it *ON* the folder icon with the green arrow on the top.
Press finish.
Press "preferences" on the plugin
See plugin is authorized.
Run "Hosts_Patch" file
Unblock internet traffic
Done!

Hehe if you do like me on windows (I almost never uninstall previouse verions i rather just install the new version over prevous one) you DONT need to do anything on R2R releases unless they change the protection of course.
It is simply a mather of click next in the installer a few times and everything works no registration is needed.
Oh and if a registration is needed i always use the standalone version (or Cantabile performer) instead of opening a Daw.

Same here, Mac Mojave. I dragged the .or2 file onto the desktop. Opened in the keygen, error says "Wrong request file". Can not proceed past this point.

keygen not working on mac!
No matter what to do, blocking in hostfile, disconnecting the network, doing a woodoo dance naked in your window. Does not matter, this keygenerator does not work for mac. Period.

On PC, follow exactly R2R's intructions, that's it.

Again, in more precise words, if really needed :
- Slide request.or2 to the computer.
- Run our keygen on Windows and select a product.
- Load the request.or file in the keygen.
- Generate the license file.
- Drag the newly created file to the Offline authorization screen and drop it on the folder icon with the green arrow on the top.

Man, at least say what is your system, and how you did try to make it work.
Did you try to authorize the standalone or the plugin?

If you ask for help on a logic side, you would have better result.

It seems that you have felt upset with this release.
Just take it on the technical side.

Guys it's EASY,
1-Install Program
2-Open Program
3-Click Authorize-A window will pop up
4-Drag request file onto Desktop
5-Open KeyGen and point it to the file on Desktop
6-The KeyGen will make the Authorization File
7-Copy Authorization File to
C:/Users/User/AppData/Roaming/Overloud/Breverb2
DONE.

The thing is, for some people on mac at least - including me - when you get to the point
where you drag the authorization request file to the desktop and then open that very same
authorization request file with the keygen, the keygen just gives a "wrong request file" messageand does not generate a license. Nothing else you can do after that it seems. I've tried.
Have authorized quite a few Overloud plugs, have had them blocked in terminal properly
for a long while, everything else prior to this including the recent Ecoson, the 550 EQ update, the 76 comp update and everything else, no problems. With this, for me and others as well as is obvious, the keygen just simply - and REALLY, no user error here - does not work properly. Always grateful, especially to R2R, not complaining. Only a fact - that for some here this particular keygen is simply not functioning correctly.

Not for some people, on mac it doesn't work for anybody.
Basically, the code in the request file created on mac is much longer than the code on Windows. That's why the keygenerator fails.
I tried replacing the request file saved by the program inside users/(username)/Library/Caches/BREVERB 2 with the one created for pc but it didn't help.

May I suggest to a mod or suppler, to remove these latest Overloud plugins from the mac section? Or at least mention loud and clearly that it doesn't work for mac?

It seems to have been widely confirmed that it does not work, and no fix has landed yet.

It's just a suggestion to avoid not working releases in the az archive.
