Thanks for this Bassmonsta. I'm be had problems so will try this. Btw do you know how to easily copy the generated response from the keygen? I'm using wine on a Mac and can't cut and paste in the keygen window. Apologies if this is a stupid question.

ah, and just read the .pdf, on OSX requires 10.9, .... guess I will wait a little bit until I update from 10.8.5.... Not sure if this was in the last release as well, (as sometimes dev's will state 10.9, when it's really just a matter of them not wanting to give tech resources to earlier OSX's.... lots of stuff that say 10.9 only work fine on Mountain Lion etc.. ((but NOT all!! :)) )....

sisyphus I can see that you are still on 10.8.5.I was stuck too and felt tentative to up grade due to posts made by others about bugs etc etc.Made the decision though and upgraded to 10.9.5.Glad I did 'cause everything works for me now.Hope you can see the benefits of upgrading.I have no regrets at all after my upgrade.

Sisyphus my pleasure Sir :) I was actually in the same boat I couldn't get the last update that was released to work, so up until now I have been using the original release. A real pain in the arse with presets not recalling. Hopefully this update fixes that problem. To be safe, I would update the patches and sound sources using the previous releases and then go ahead and install this update. Make sure to use R2R'S and not HEXWARS keygen. And you will be golden. I hope that helps!

I installed the first R2R/(perhaps it was HEXWARS) release of Omni2 a long time ago, obviously ran into the preset problem everyone else had, so honestly, really just stopped using omni, as it was a pita,..... And I never did the other update.... SO, my question is, can you go from the ORIGINAL R2R or HEXWARS release straight to this? Or is it necessary to do intermediate update beforehand...?

thanks again Bassmonsta, I think your advice is sound, (given the nature of the old omnisphere etc... there were different install hoops to jump through!)...

I will install updates etc... I am pretty sure I used the HEXWARS keygen on my original V2, shouldn't be an issue using R2R's after that I imagine correct? Or am I stupid today?

Wicked Man update worked like a charm on my mac, But thing is u gotta know what your doing when updating its tricky ..... If u fallow what Bassmonsta said to go about installing u should be good ....... Enjoy & Thanks !!!!!!!

User MAC OSX

1.-install update
2. copy AU to the desktop
3.-Reset permissions (permission reset) Full
4.-Windows Open Keygen R2R on
5.-open DAW and Omnisphere, copy code challenged and paste the en R2R
6.-From WIN, open AU Desktop\Omnisphere.component\Contents\MacOS and Parth
7. copy and replace AU from the desktop to the directory of the plugin on Mac
8.-opened DAW and enjoy.

To those having issues of freezing upon switching presets like I did. For whatever reason Omnisphere has compatibility issues with ASIO4ALL, try fl studios asio or the steinberg version and it will no longer freeze. Worked for me. Thanks!

Thanks PiRAT. Patched the 32 and 64 dlls and there wasn't any challenge window when opening Omni, it works fine and 2.2 update is displayed on starting the plug

Yes, I can confirm this. There was no challenge windows on first opening the Plugin. Everything looks fine. (Windows 7, Cubase 7.5)

i downlaode 50gb of omnisphere shit twice but it is not working showing some errors like wave shape not found and all..
