Megurine Luka (巡音ルカ), codenamed CV03, is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed by Crypton Future Media, Inc.
Her voice is provided by the Japanese voice actress, Yū Asakawa (浅川 悠 / Asakawa Yū), who was recorded in Japanese and English for the voice bank.
Upon the VOCALOID4 announcement, it was reveal that the site had been temporary set up and she would actually be released for the VOCALOID4 engine as "Megurine Luka V4x".
Her vocals were changed to "Japanese; Soft/Hard" and "English; Straight/Soft"
On the 9th of Jan, 2015, an updated list of the E.V.E.C japanese vocals were shown. The listed vocals were now "Power 1", "Power 2", "Whisper", "Native", "Cute", "Husky", "Soft", "Dark", and "Falsetto"

This is bilingual language vocaloid (japanese\english)

I'm confused. I am unable to find the job plugin that is supposed to come with the voicebank. Is says that the job plugin for EVEC is included, but I could not find it after downloading or installing. Ill keep looking, but so far no sign of it.

EDIT: Nvm, I found it. I'm an idiot.
