Did you read the category (Windows, outdated), title (Visual ModUnpacker) and description (GUI for modunpac.exe) carefully??? Its not Modpacker! Its UnPacker! And this post containing rather fresh (2002) GUI implementation, written by some russian enthusiast. Relax, bro!

I will ask you again: "Did you read all the info in this post, or even download and read my included 'nfo' file CA-RE-FUL-LY???" ))) Both containing info about Deepzone's (Radium) 'Mod-UNpacker', that you mentioned earlier...
