Aw shucks, had my hopes up :) I wonder what they as a company will do next. It's been really quiet.

They are working on 'multiple' projects apparently.

Nothing new, patch 1.5.5 was old.

well patch 1.5.5 is the last, so your software is up to date

It does work. You need to do permissions fix on multiple things though. I got it to work. Second try. First try, installation error due to permissions. Second time fixed permissions, worked fine. Wont tell you what permissions or where, but thats all it took.

Maybe the latest is 1.5.6d, i think

They actually just did a minor release, from 1.5.6d to 1.5.7d. AAX and sandboxed AU support, yawn.

cant get this update to work. ITS MY LAST ONE, can someone give me some advice, all that i get when i unrar this is a new steam folder and an old patch library..

DOes anybody have a working copy of Omnisphere not fussed what version etc just a working cop i have been searching for close to 2 years .... and still havent had any joy I am on mac osx if you can PM me I would be really greatful thnks

Hi guys...the package doesnt seemed to work on my osx maverick. I saw on previous posting some of you mentioned to install them manually? how do you go about it? Any advice? Do i just copy over the steam file?

If you're on Maverick you have to install them manually
Instead of copying the files inside STEAM individually use the command in terminal

ditto "new omnisphere folder" "old omnisphere folder"

Saves a whole bunch of time

I installed this library today, yet my patch library still displays as v1.5.1. Fixed permissions, installer finished with a "successful" flag, also tried manually copying the steam folder and merging it with my old one in "Application Support\Spectrasonics"... or just its contents to make sure the files were all in. In the screenshot of this post the updater displays that v1.5.5 is installed. Maybe it's in Windows? Anybody have the same issue?

I'm gonna try to unpack the installer and se which file tells omnisphere what version is installed.
