About this release:

Some time ago a person who first shared this library made archive of library together with hidden system files of his MAC. We lost 2 days to delete this trash out of every folder of library (there are 3 333 folders inside this library).
As a result more than 20 000 of trash-files (more than 100 MB) was deleted out of content, LOL. But now we have fully clear complete library.

Please notice this is not double sized content (MAC + PC). This is really Complete Hybrid version. And now we share it with you. Enjoy! :)

Hey,

How do you install this? I copied this library into the IR folder and rescanned the IR folder in Altiverb. Altiverb is seen scanning all of the files and then the folders show up in the Altiverb preset screen but the folders don't show anything when they expand. They;re empty of actual IRs. Is there no install that needs to be done first?

A little something so you don't lose days the next time you have to clean OS-X installations. ;)

;@ECHO OFF
;ECHO Deleting shit...
del /S /A *.sfk
del /S /A *.nov
del /S /A .DS_Store
del /S /A Thumbs.db
del /S /A *.asd
del /S /A *.reapeaks
del /S /A ._*.*
rd /S /Q __NI_SMPL_ADD__
rd /S /Q __MACOSX

pause

With this little batch file you can do it in seconds. Just copy this text into Notepad, save as a delete_shit.bat file and run it in the root folder of the installation you want to clean. You can also add and delete "del" and "rd" entries according to your needs. You should be able to recognise what files and folders it deletes. :) It is necessary to first delete the files so that the folders can be deleted ["del" deletes files and "rd" deletes directories].

Alternatively, you can open "cmd" [console] in the root folder of the installation you want to clean, and run the specific command manually...

I regularly use this batch to clean my sample folder from unnecessary shit - OS-X files and folders, peak files of any kind.

Cheers!

@SineWave:

Bro, it was impossible because every system file had another name.
More than 20 000 different names. Can you imagine? :)

KRock,
Yes, my batch file "takes care" only of the universally recognised files. So well not 100% of them, but the most usual crap. It should be of use to many people. I use it every now and then and it always finds something to erase if I installed some new sample library especially from Sunny. LOL Cheers, bro!

I found this batch file here on AudioZ. I can't remember who posted it. I do use the console a lot, so I know how to do it manually, but having a bat file is much more comfortable for the casual computer user.

Phobicsinner,
You don't have to worry, KRock cleaned it for us. :) However, I do recommend using my batch file for cleaning your "samples" folder occasionally. It really can't hurt, and you could get pleasantly surprised by the gained space. ;) [even though these are usually very small files, but they fill the MFT table for nothing if nothing else and theoretically slow down the file system a bit]

My moto is "never leave a file on the HD if it's not needed". LOL

Most likeley a dupe but Audioease have released several IR "presets" after the original disc that came with the plugin..

This is 32-bit only, right? :\ I'm dying for a great reverb ever since I lost Lexicon to 64-bit Logic X.

Hi there,

I seem to be a little late on this, but I can't install it. I've got the 3 iso images, but I don't know where to put the files. I tried in both Altverb's Preset and Impulse Response files and neither works.

Anybody can help?

Thanks

UPDATE:
Ok I just found out the + button under the main window :)
