DKS Pro joins the "classical" oscillator-based electronics drum synthesis approach with simple FM synthesis, physical modeling of the drum shell and a powerful set of effects. This synthesizer can emulate many of the classic electronic drum machine sounds, but through its extra FM and physical drum shell modeling features can go much further.

Main Features:
8 polyphonic generators.
Each generator has: 3 oscillators, FM, Distortion, Bit Reduction, Physical Modeled Shell, Multi-Filter, 2 Modulation controls and intelligent randomizer with customizable target.
Full 8 Channel Mixer.
Each Mixer Channel has 2 sends (pre and post), pan, mute, solo and VU meter.
3 Stereo out busses (1 stereo in the AU version).
Each bus with its own Stereo Multi-tap Delay, Compressor and Ambient FX.
Whole Kit intelligent randomizer.
MIDI Learn for each parameter.
Friendly Presets Management.
3 skins included.

macusers are using Logic X nowadays. (64 bit only)
This is why it's good to mension before we download it.
Me myself, figures this is a 32bit plug since it's kinda old..
Would have been interesting since I can't have enough drum synthesis modules.

nowadays?
come on logic x is kind of new. and not anybody uses more than 4GB RAM
to make 64-bit beneficial... having less cpupower (in 64-bit mode) just to
be "chick"? naaah! some folks are still using a power pc with logic 5.

thank you pirat i really appreciate your share! wink

Logic needs to get back to the PC where it was once the king of Daw's.
Apple will eventually port Logic back to the PC.

I said, it happened . Apple pulled out of the Pro market and they had to piss off and dumb down the product lines in order for the Pro's to leave

Final Cut X - No words needed here
Logic X - NO WORDS NEEDED looks like fkin garage band crap.

New Mac Pro- WTF if this is not the final nail in the coffin and a wakeup for Pro's, they need a hammer to the head to wake up

No graphics card upgrades, no CPU upgrades, storage is NONE!! has to be outside LOL

Apple is now a full consumer only products company, Pro's man up and head to the PC, where all the apps are and hardware is plentiful . mates

Yeah.. one of my favourite! The thing i love about this it's the fact that it doesnt have a sequencer.. and now it's "truly" vintage..

Thanks! wink

yes indeed... I remember using Emagic's Logic on old PCs almost happily, but using X on newer Macs gives you nothing but a cheesier Digital Permormer 8, IMVHO, as well as cutting 32bit users out -> wrong move iApple no
This said, quite a lot of "however you call'em (pros, cons, noobs, balbalbal)" made a move to 64bit architecture to take advantage of added RAM and added capabilities (please leave the ideas and creativity refrain alone here)...
So pulverizing the topic by saying "hey, then why don't you sell you hard-earned Mac Pro for a 32bit only PowerMac G5 which you won't be able to keep updated" is plainly being an outdated _jerk_
period/peace
Thank you for the constant awesome effort, shareload and the extra links as usual, Pirat! <3

dunno Not sure if you understood but with Apple going to a closed Mac desktop with the new cylinder case, if others follow this will suck big time.

I guess system builders will be in demand for the Audio, 3D Graphics, Video fields.

This crap of making everything running off a server"Cloud Crap" was around in the 1970's and I am dreading going back to the dumb terminals age!!!

Although I was not around at that time I understand why companies want all of us to go back to dumb terminals, as this way the content creators will be the only ones who can create content since they have workstations and we don't.

This is what the homebrew PC stage at the end of the 1970's tried to change. To end the stupit ass dumb terminals and put the software running on the local machine.

Could it be that I was right all these days in saying one day we would all be forced to run dumb terminals
Cell phones, tablets well here we go....

On which basis you say that ?! wow

Personally i think you should think twice next time before making such a categorical assertion. That you use one thing doesn't necessarily means that thousands of Mac users use the same no ... which means that not everybody is worried about 64b plug-ins.

I disagree with you I think most of Mac users go with Logic Pro X me including and since there no 32 bit support I won't download anything that is only 32 bit anymore.
