by default on 99% of all Windows computers the 'Application Data Folder' is invisible, in order for you to see the

Applications data folder you must go to:
1. Start
2. My Computer
3. Local Disk (C:)
4. All Users folder
5. Go to the menubar under Tools & select (folder options.)
6. Go to the 'View' tab
7. Scroll down and select (Hidden files and folders) you must enable it to show hidden files / folders.
8. Apply the changes and you should see the Application Data folder.
9. Drag the Selicenser.sel to your Mac desktop or copy it to your pc desktop
10. Place it into a folder and then place that folder inside of another folder
11. Drag it to a jump drive or any device that will show up on a mac
12. close out of VMware and drag the Selicenser.sel to your mac.

I wound up torrenting this, but thanks for making me aware of it! By the way, Macs (at least 10.6.x) can read .toast images without Toast. You can also just change the suffix to ".dmg" and it will arbitrarily change to a Disk Image (they're the same thing).

I tried it on Vista via Parallels and, after a bit of a struggle looking for the"SeLicenser.sel" file, it worked (I run 10.6.8 on the Mac side). You're actually gonna need a Windoze system to install it into, which is why running it via Wine is a huge waste of time. Get Parallels and any copy of Windoze to install it (handy to have around, anyway!) or borrow a buddy's PC. Repeat: Wine does not install this correctly. Throw it out!

Works a treat, but as Iggy said, you need a Windoze system to install it, that the only way to create the SeLicenser.sel file!!! Definitley NOT a waste of time!!!

On Mac 10.6.8
Installed these when they came out and worked fine, over time they started failing in my DAW getting "couldn't fine license" error.
Made update of e-licenser control centre now cannot use.
Tried deleting everything including e-licenser and going back to older e-licenser but no joy.
When I run the repair e-license in control centre it gives a warning message and says licenses are suspended contact vendor.
Anyone been through similar and get a fix?
