Mikko2 is intended to blend/tweak/redefine those iRs currently blocked in it "free sate", I don't know if a "load" button appears when the plugin is validated (would be obvioysly great...). The Reflex packs released in the link above contains captured & tweaked IRs by Mikko itself.

If you mean the Reflex IRs linked by AvenocturnO, you can't add/load/import them (or any other 3rd party IRs) to MIKKO Reflex because it's not an IR loader. It works with its own internal library. You can save the positions you set (see in the video) as presets and/or export them in .wav format. Note: The developer is planning updates but I don't know if they apply to the functions also or just to additional speakers.

By purchasing the plugin, all selectable speakers (18) can be unlocked, in the free version almost all of them are locked, only the 'Green 90' speaker (Celestion T1220 Greenback) can be used with 4 of the 8 available microphones: SM57, R-121, MD421, KM-184.
