Changelog:

Support for macOS Audio Units (AU2 Component).
Effects delay and distortion have been added, and they are enabled by default.
GUI Size Saving (Windows): Plugin GUI size is saved between sessions.
Plugin Pattern Behavior: Patterns now restart on note on and stop on note off.
Randomized Pattern at Startup: A randomized pattern is generated when the plugin is loaded.
