Hi, can someone explain the difference between this release and the 1.7.0 version in the Plugin Alliance bundle? Is this the exact same plugin?

Plugin Alliance last version is 1.7.1 the same in Three Body Tech website ... this one is wrong version ? They mistaken to 1.5.1 instead of 1.7.1 ? Use the Alliance version or check this one which version is .

The PA version doesnt recall this one, it's like different plugin. Only install one of them.

The difference is that this is the last version that uses a different DRM.
That way the binaries don't have to be modified and therefore this works in legit Pro Tools.

I think it's a mistake to wrote 1.5.1, it must be 1.7.1. I can download 1.7.1 from another web site that updated today.

For those asking, 1.5.1 was the last version released by TBT before Kirchhoff joined the PA lineup, so it uses TBT's protection and not PA's. I am not sure why someone would prefer it but to each their own :)
The one released in the PA bundle is newer (1.7.1).

It's not that it's amazingly special, it's that it's a FF Pro Q-3 clone with a more advanced Dynamic EQ section and can often be purchased for cheaper than Pro Q.

It's an amazingly functional EQ and that's what makes it great.

it has a lot of feature before, but ProQ4 kinda surpasses it somehow, still they are things that ProQ4 doesnt :

- modeled curves which sounds really good
- mixed phase mode
- more surgical dynamic EQ mode
- higher bitdepth processing option

install it - keygen it
then when first boot plugin its shows pop up that 1.7.1 is available with link to download
go and download - install - it works

in PT 2024.10 use rosetta mode - do the same and after install 1.7.1 go back to native mode
