When KORG released the limited- edition ARP 2600 FS in 2020, they sold out immediately world-wide. Now, KORG is pleased to present the first truly accurate software re-creation of this essential synthesizer: the KORG Collection ARP 2600.

KORG’s proprietary CMT technology faithfully reproduces the distinctive waveforms and filters, the custom LFO and envelope shapes, the many subtle nonlinearities, even the behavior of the patch panel – unlike any other 2600 software instrument. Thanks to this obsessive attention to detail, you can open the original ARP 2600 Patch Book (available as a free PDF on KORG’s website), hook up each of the 100 patches on screen, and they will sound just like an authentic ARP 2600 – something that no other 2600 plug-in can do.

- Graphics resources are now stored separately and shared by all versions of the ARP 2600, including the standalone application and AU/VST3/AAX plug-ins. This reduces the size of the installer download, application, and plug-ins by a substantial amount.
- Previously, the asterisk next to the Performance name, indicating an edited state, often showed after changing performances in VST3 hosts. This has now been fixed.
- Improved Motion Sequence synchronization.
- Modulation of Motion Sequence Rate is now supported.
- MIDI mappings for Unison Ensemble effect parameters now appear in the MIDI Map list.
- Renamed the "REVERB" mod matrix category for the front-panel reverb as PANEL REVERB, for clarity.
- Shortened prefix for MODE SWEEP FILTER Mod Matrix destination names so that they will appear without truncation.
- Parametric EQ band enable 1-4 and Unison Ensemble effects parameters are now available for automation.
- Previously, the Reverb slot inadvertently exposed Wet/Dry as a modulation and automation target. This has now been fixed.
- The installer now allows installation of plug-ins even if a newer version is present.
- Worked around problems in a shared library which intermittently caused minor graphics glitches when the UI size was not 100%. (These affected the down-arrow caret in the effect type selector and the "power" button graphic.)
- Previously, the CMT ID might have intermittently been incorrect at startup. This has now been fixed.
- Previously, reopening the plug-in UI in Logic could in rare situations cause an openGL crash. This has now been fixed.
- Previously, creating a mod routing for the Transpose switch caused a crash. This has now been fixed.
Windows only: previously, in the standalone application, if a modal dialog (e.g. Settings) was open, and the Windows+D shortcut was used to minimize all windows, the application window could only be reopened by pressing Windows+D again (and not by clicking the taskbar icon or using alt-tab). This has now been fixed.

INSTALL (Windows)

1. Uninstall the old " KORG ARP 2600 "

2. Install the: " KORG Software Pass v1.2.17 Incl Keygen [WIN MAC]-R2R "

3. Copy and Paste the " KORG.ARP.2600.Library.v1.0.0-R2R " into:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\KORG

4. Open the " KORG Software Pass " from your Desktop

5. Use the R2R Keygen - you find the keygen in:
KORG Software Pass v1.2.17 Incl Keygen [WIN MAC]-R2R

6. Try the " Offlne Authorization " and copy the " Locking Code "
into the Keygen --> then Click " GENERATE " the Copy the Licence Code "
into the " KORG Software Pass " and click " Authorize "

7. Re-Scan for new plugins

8. The " Korg Arp 25600 " ask you to Locate the sound database and factory Data

9. Go to: " C:\Users\Public\Documents\KORG\ARP 2600\System "

With the previous r2r install of this, it should just work fine correct? (given that it is keygenned, not patched... unless it requires an update to the later Korg Software Pass release or I'm missing something...

haven't hopped on it yet, but will... but iirc, that's how it worked previously.. but again, I could be missing something and wouldn't be the first time..

I don't get it why I can't get pass through the demo mode with so many instruments. I really try to follow the installation steps as indicated, yet few will work. I was probably easier back inte the Team H20 and AiR days, for XP systems. Or I've gotten old.
